Diet After Bariatric Surgery | Post Weight Loss Surgery Nutrition Guide Diet After Bariatric Surgery: Your Roadmap to Safe Recovery

Bariatric surgery is a transformative step toward better health, but surgery alone is not enough. Long-term success depends greatly on following the correct postoperative diet.

At Laprocare Hospital, Morbi, Dr. Vimal Detroja guides every patient through a structured dietary progression to ensure safe healing, adequate nutrition, and sustained weight loss.

After surgery, your stomach becomes significantly smaller. Eating too much, too fast, or choosing the wrong foods can cause pain, vomiting, reflux, dumping syndrome, or poor weight loss.
